Legal notice and privacy
This site keeps nothing that says who you are, and only uses cookies or storage if you accept them.
Who runs this site
This site belongs to Tacos Juan. Owner and data controller: Juan Pedro Fernández Villarreal, tax ID (NIF) 60396589S, Carrer de Càceres, 34, Local 5, 08028 Barcelona. Email: juanpefv@gmail.com.
Bookings
The booking message is written in your browser. The site never receives it: you copy it and send it to @tacosjuanbcn on Instagram, which handles it under Meta’s privacy policy.
One anonymous line per booking
When you copy the message or open Instagram from the site, we store one line with no personal data: how many of you, the weekday and time you pick, how many days ahead, the page language and where you came to the site from (for example Google, Instagram or direct). Never your name, your note, the message text, your IP address or cookies. It tells us which days and times fill up.
Google Analytics
Only if you accept, the site loads Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to count visits in aggregate: which pages are seen, from which city or country and where visitors come from. Google sets cookies (_ga) for up to 2 years and may process data in the US under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. If you reject, nothing from Google is downloaded.
What stays on your phone
Always: your answer to the cookie notice (localStorage, 6 months), so we don’t ask on every page. Only if you accept: your name, for your next booking (localStorage), and where you came from, until you close the tab (sessionStorage). If you reject, the anonymous booking line says “no data” instead of the origin. None of it leaves your browser, except that origin inside the anonymous line. You can change your answer under “Cookies” at the foot of every page.
Hosting and links
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address to serve and protect it. Links to Instagram and Google Maps lead to outside services with their own rules.
The review link
The QR in the shop and the “Leave a review” button go through /resena/ before opening Google. There we only count that someone opened it, the day, and whether it came from the QR or the site. Nothing else: no IP, no cookies, no device.
Contact and your rights
Any question about your data, or to ask for access, correction or deletion: email juanpefv@gmail.com, message @tacosjuanbcn on Instagram or ask at the counter. If you are not happy with the answer, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
